Bran Muffins

Bran Muffins (Serves 12)

1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 cup wheat bran
1-1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup brown sugar splenda mix
3 Tbl molasses
1/3 cup egg whites (egg beaters)
1/3 cup unsweeetened applesauce
3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup berries (blueberries are good)
1 banana

Mix everything. Spray muffin tin and put in 12 cups. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes and take out.
