Bread Pudding

Bread Pudding (serves 8)

4 cups whole wheat bread, cut in cubes
1/2 cup splenda
2 cups soy milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
3 egg whites, beaten until frothy

Soak bread in milk and add spices. Fold in egg whites. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Nutritional Facts:

Cream Sauce

1 cup 1% soy milk, vanilla
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup fat free sour cream
1 Tbl splenda

Mix well and chill. Serve over bread pudding. Delicious over baked apple as well.
