Ceasar's Secret Salad (Serves 4)

For the salad"
1/2 cup raw almonds
2 Tbl. Nutritional yeast
12oz romaine lettuce, chopped

Blend almonds and the first 2 Tbl of nutritional yease together in a high-powered blender to form a "Parmesan" topping. Sprinkle over romaine lettuce.
