Eating Plans

​Throughout the past several decades I have made a personal quest of studying the relationship between nutrition and personal wellness. It seems that every day a new diet or eating plan is introduced, a miracle cure for obesity that will take off 10, 15, 20 pounds in as many days without exercise or discomfort. What I have learned is that there are literally hundreds of plans that are effective if you have the discipline and the resolve to stay with it.
I am sharing many of my favorite eating plans. I think they are all good and that any of them are a healthy way to eat. I will be adding to these ideas as I come across other good ideas. I find that using the ideas that work from several different plans works well too. The plan that I have been using since May of 2017 is a Whole Foods Plant Based Diet with no oil or sugar. I have been able to lose 35 pounds on this plan. I have read many books by doctors that specialize in this way of eating which I will be covering in my blog on Whole Foods Plant Based Diet. Hypnosis can help stick with whatever plan you choose to lose weight and be healthy it takes a lifestyle change, not a diet.
