I am a certified hypnotherapist and have practiced in Port Orchard for 15 years. I I closed my office in the South Kitsap Mall in March due to Covid. I now have a home ofice in Shelton. I have most recently become certified in Whole Food Plant Based Nutrition studying online at the Center for Nutrition Studies at Cornell University under Dr. T. Colin Campbell.

In this menu I have a variety of eating plans. The eating plan that I am on myself and that I recommend is one entirely based on eating meals made from plant-based whole food with no oil or sugar. Call me and I can help you with any plan that you want to implement. I have a certificate in Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell University taught by T. Colin Campbell.
I have a cookbook and recipes on-line to help you get started. They are all healthy and most are vegan.
Recipe of the Week
"Chicken" Stew
Ingredients
1 Cup Soy Curls
3 Potatoes cubed
1 Carrot cubed
1 Celery Stalk chopped
1 Cup Frozen Peas
1 Onion chopped
1 Garlic
1 Cup Vegetable Broth
Brown Vegetables in small amount of vegetable broth for a few minutes. Add the rest of the vegetable broth and cook till tender. Soak soy curls in hot water and chicken flavored bouillon. Drain and add to vegetables. Add sauce and serve.
Sauce:
1 head cauliflower broken in pieces
water
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cook cauliflower till tender. Put in high speed blender with nutritional yeast, salt and pepper to taste. Blend till smooth adding water or plant milk as necessary. When smooth and creamy add to "chicken" and vegetables.
