Mediterranean Hummus Recipe

Mediterranean Hummus (Serves 8)

1 can garbanzo beans
1/4 cup liquid from the canned garbonzos
4 T. lemon juice
1-1/2 T. tahini
2 tsp garlic, finely minced
3/4 cup Kalamata Olives, pited and chopped
1/2 tsp salt
2 T. olive oil

In a food processor or blender, blend until smooth.
