Pita Bread Pizza

Pita Bread Pizza (serves 4)

4 large whole grain pitas
Spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup chapped mushrooms
Sliced red and green peppers
Sliced olives
Soy sausage or Canadian bacon
Light sprinkle of low-fat cheese

Preheat oven to 350 F. Place pitas on baking sheet and add all ingredients. Bake for 10-15 minutes
