Potato Skins

2 baked potatos
garlic powder
onion powder
paprika
fat free Parmesan cheese


Cut potatoes in fourths lengthwise.
Scoop out potato almost down to the skin.
Place skins on a baking sheet, sprinkle all dry condiments lightly over skins.
Bake at 400 degrees F. for 10 minutes or until crisp.
Serve with non-fat sour cream of salsa.
