Super Seed Oatmeal

Super Seed Oatmeal (Serves 2)

1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1-1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla soy or almond mild
1 akpple, peeled, cored and chopped
1 cup frozen blueberries or mixed berries, thawed
1/4 cup raisins
1 tbl raw sunflower seeds
1 tbl ground flax seeds
1 tbl ground hemp seeds
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Cook oats according to package directions using sor or almond milk instead of water. Mix remaining ingredients together and stir into the oats.
