Hello Diana!
I just saw your newsletter pop up in my e-mail and I had a strong pull to contact you. I just wanted to let you know how deeply grateful I am. Thanks to you, I haven't had a cigarette since August of 2014 and I have never craved or suffered. It was the best decision I have ever made for myself and I could not have done it without you. It’s hard for me to know where to start in giving you a few comments about the weight loss classes I’ve attended for the past 16 weeks. I’m a high strung man who has had problems in my later years with anxiety along with weight gain. Since listening to your CD’s and attending the classes I am off of my medications for that health problem. I’ve only lost 14 pounds so far, but certainly have learned the basics to good healthy weight control. It’s the putting them into practice part tht I’m now working on. In fact the reason I stayed on and took your class over was there was so much information to digest, I just needed to go through it again. The CD’s are very helpful to me. When I first listened to them I thought, what does stress have to do with a weight loss class. I’ve since found out that stress has lots to do with our eating and drinking habits, hitting my problem dead center. You’re right to on with your advice, in fact I haven’t received any incorrect information from your class. I often check other sources for information when I wonder about advice that I’m given, yours has always been top notch and right on.

I’m going to take the class for a 3rd time. Now that I have all the techniques another 8 weeks of the great support system offered by others and yourself who attend the classes, are just what I need to get my mind completely in the right place.
