Toscana Soup

Toscana Soup (Serves 8)

5-1/2 cups chicken stock or broth
1/2 cup heavy cream (I use half n half)
2 medium russet potatoes
4 cups chopped kale
1 lb spicy chicken sausage cut in bite sized pieces
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper (go easy if chicken sausage is spicy)

Cook chicken sausage if it is raw. Add all ingredients except cream in sauce pan. Cook for 2 hours, add cream and heat.
